You do really well with your lighting and I like the composition of that last shot. The composition of your other shots kind of throws me off a little though. Sometimes my eye is not sure where to go. But overall the pictures have a really pleasing effect. Nice work. (I especially like the Texas flair :O)
oh and i was referring more to the first batch of pictures you posted with the composition thing. These have nice composition. (all in my humble opinion of course :O)
